MAD MINUTE:  Circuit class, cardio and strength, 60 seconds on, 60 seconds rest.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT:  Multi machine circuit.  Taking advantage of our pin loaded machines, high reps, all action - the harder you train, the sooner you finish.
